I Caught Fire Teaching Yoga.

I graduated yoga school, cashed my first check teaching yoga & the rest is history! 

My goal is to make the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone.


I teach bright & informative classes for all body types and experience levels. I like to focus on creating a warm-spirited community and exploring life through yoga. My students can expect to leave feeling supported & restored.
